4. Collection of General Data and Server Log Files

When you visit this website, our web server automatically collects and stores the following data in server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, IP address (anonymised), date and time of access, and internet service provider. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR for the purpose of ensuring the technical operation and security of the website. It is not combined with other personal data and is deleted after 7 days.

5. Contact and Orders

When you place an order or contact us via email, we collect the personal data you provide (name, address, email address, payment information). This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR for the performance of the contract, and on the basis of Art. 6(1) lit. c GDPR to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting requirements). Data is retained for the duration required by applicable retention obligations (generally 10 years for financial records).

6. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and process it on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR) using a double opt-in procedure. Our newsletter emails contain tracking pixels that allow us to see whether and when an email was opened and which links were clicked. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.

7. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
