Thank you for shopping at The Classic Presets.

Digital Products

All products sold by The Classic Presets are digital downloads (Lightroom presets, Capture One styles and profiles). As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at presets@andreduhme.de before downloading or accessing the files. Full details of your right of withdrawal, including the model withdrawal form, are available on our Right of Withdrawal page.

Refunds after download

Once you have downloaded or accessed the digital files, the right of withdrawal expires, as the product has been fully delivered. In this case, refunds are issued at our discretion, for example in the event of technical defects or files that cannot be opened. Please contact us at presets@andreduhme.de and we will find a solution.
